You'll work directly with Robert Hart, Barrister & Solicitor. His general practice covers estate planning, estates, family law, estate litigation and conveyancing, with a focus on resolving your matter through mediation and negotiation where possible. When court is the right answer for you, he appears before the Supreme Court, Provincial Court and administrative tribunals.
Robert trained in London with a global law firm and qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He later joined an international firm in Vancouver before being called to the Bar of British Columbia. In 2021 he and his wife Alissa moved to the Sunshine Coast, where you'll find him trail running with his two dogs, Maple and Moose, when he isn't at the office.
